Since the 2013-2014 academic year, the college has been an experimental platform for the introduction of DST in the following specialties:
1303000 - Automation, telemechanic and traffic control in railway transport,
1108000 - Operation, repair and maintenance of railway rolling stock (by type),
1203000 - Organization of transportation and traffic management in railway transport.
In 2016, the specialty was transferred to dual training
0904000 "Power supply, operation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems of railways".
Since 2022, specialty 07140800 "Operation of operational technological communication devices in railway transport" has been transferred to dual training,
27 teachers were trained under the dual system (Singapore, Finland, Scotland, Belarus, Malaysia, Germany, Great Britain
