"Psychological and pedagogical support in the process of education
The social, political and economic changes taking place in our country require new requirements for the development of the individual, providing spiritual and moral education to the growing generation of a civilized country is an urgent issue of today. The urgent problem of psychological activity is the work to be done during the stages of comprehensive development of children.
Purpose of psychological service:
- - maintaining the psychological health of students in educational organizations,
- - creating a favorable social and psychological environment and providing psychological support to participants in the educational process.
The system of psychological services consists of two directions:
- Current
- The future
The current direction is dedicated to solving today's difficulties and deviations in the formation of the child's personality.
The direction of the future is aimed at developing the individuality of each child, living in society, mastering the chosen profession, psychological preparation and creating psychological conditions for the development of the child's abilities as much as possible. Pedagogical-psychological service in our college includes 4 categories called college students, teachers, parents, leaders and contributes to the improvement of the educational process.
The well-known teacher K. D. said that "in order to raise a child in a comprehensive way, you need to know him comprehensively." Guided by Ushinsky's principles, pedagogic activities are closely related to pedagogic activities.
At the beginning of the academic year, in order to increase the enthusiasm of the college teachers for the new academic year, an uplifting meeting training was organized on the topic "Teacher is a great person", and new students were given a family sociometric test, projective methods, socio-psychological questionnaires, the abilities of each student were determined and creative admission to the group (singing, dancing, playing instruments, drawing)
At present, the relationship between parents and children is unsatisfactory. Due to the fact that parents are the main focus of work, they consider that there is almost no time to spend on raising children at home. In order to establish a good tandem between parents, teachers and students, "Family is the sphere of life" an acquaintance party was held in order to educate the horse to kindness, goodness, to understand each other, to be able to express one's thoughts correctly.
It is difficult for every child to fly out of his golden nest and adapt to a different environment. It is not easy for students from all over to live in the same room due to the rules, regulations and education of the student house. For this reason, a holiday party called "Introduction Party", "Student Life" is organized for the students of the dormitory, the character, temperament, and abilities of the teacher are determined, and a personal card is created for each student.
"Respect to the elder - honor to the younger" is a noble trait ingrained in the blood of our ancestors.
On this occasion, together with the students who are actively involved in social work with students with behavioral abnormalities, they went to the Old People's Home and Umit Children's Home and, combining their talent and talent, presented handicrafts, including textiles, paintings made of colorful paints, and presented to the children of the orphanage " "Masha and the Bear" skillfully performed. In addition, their guests presented a gift basket "Fruits".

As part of the "Letter to Mother" campaign, every child who sent a letter expressed their feelings with nostalgia, and one of them had tears of joy and longing in his eyes, remembering his mother's love. Parents sent letters and called and expressed their gratitude to the team of the college's educational department.
