The Committee on Youth Affairs of Aktobe College of transport, communications and new technologies works closely with regional and city youth resource centers and public associations in public, volunteer cultural events, sports, intellectual events, prevention of offenses among young people. Together with the committee for Youth Affairs and the Department of languages of Aktobe region and the scientific and practical center of Aktobe region, a tripartite poetry evening was organized. The Youth Affairs Committee is engaged in educational, creative and social work of students, implementing the state youth policy. The Youth Affairs Committee is a large team of college students. It can recruit more than 200 talented, active students. the main tasks of the Youth Affairs Committee are as follows:
* Organization of events for the implementation of the state youth policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
* Formation of a sense of internationalism and civic patriotism, respect for the historical and cultural heritage and traditions of the peoples of Kazakhstan. Organization of educational work on cultural relations, identification of talented and talented students among young people and their involvement in active social and creative activities
* Organize the work of clubs and clubs in accordance with their interests, prepare students for participation in festivals, competitions, and amateur competitions;
* Organization of measures to prevent religious extremism, offenses and corruption among student youth;
* Organization of recreational activities of an educational nature in order to combat drug addiction, reduce the number of smokers among students and prevent it;
* Coordination of the activities of self-government bodies and public organizations of the college;
* Organization of round tables, conferences, lectures, meetings aimed at the development of intellectual, spiritual, moral qualities of students;
* Participation of students in student self-government work (at student meetings) and assistance in making common decisions on student life at the college;
* Identify leading students from the contingent of students and develop their managerial abilities
Each of the students of the college, motivated by their abilities, is admitted to each circle and elected leaders. From a legal point of view, regular meetings with specialists are organized among college students in order to inform them about the law on the Prevention of drug addiction,alcoholism, as well as offenses. From a cultural idiological point of view, the committee on Youth Affairs is becoming an active initiator of the idea of consolidating college youth on the basis of patriotic values and goals of promotion,the formation of a healthy nation in order to form a sense of patriotism in the upbringing of young people in the spirit of patriotism With the broad support of the director of the college, students are taken on a permanent trip to the historical sites of our native land, the mausoleum of kobylandy batyr, the Museum of Aliya in the village of aliya in kobda district, the mausoleum of Abat-Baitak, where regular meetings with fellow public figures and veterans of the Great Patriotic War are held.

Currently,I see that the reforms of the head of state in relation to youth policy are successfully implemented in the Aktobe College of transport, communications and new technologies, which has a 90 –year history, where I work.
The organization of meetings with veterans of the Patriotic War and the Afghan war is becoming a good tradition every year. It is undoubtedly true that young people are nourished by their native culture, learn about the historical past of our country, strengthen the friendly atmosphere and peace, spiritual harmony in our society, and create a sense of pride for our common homeland-the Republic of Kazakhstan.
